1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and y999 ("y999", "the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your access to and use of the y999 website located at y999.lol and all associated services, products, and features offered therein.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, placing a bet, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or otherwise using any part of the y999 service, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Clause 3 below;
• You are accessing y999 voluntarily and for entertainment purposes only;

2 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the personal account opened by a Player on y999.lol following successful registration and KYC verification.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and/or bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other incentives credited to a Player's Account as part of a y999 promotion.
• "Device" means any desktop computer, laptop, mobile phone, or tablet used to access y999.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot, live dealer table, sports bet, fishing arcade, golf bet, or other wagering product available on the y999 platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process mandated by y999's international gaming licence conditions.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of Pakistan and the sole transactional currency accepted on y999.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Player using personal financial resources, excluding all bonus credits.

• "We / Us / Our" refers to the y999 platform and its operating entity licensed under an international gaming jurisdiction.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on y999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. y999 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and conducts mandatory KYC age verification on all accounts.
• You must be a human individual — corporate entities, trusts, and organisations may not register as Players.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, or contractor of y999 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must hold only one active y999 account. If you have previously been excluded or banned from y999, you may not re-register without written authorisation from y999 support.

y999 reserves the right to request KYC documentation from any Player at any time. Required documents may include a valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., CNIC, passport), proof of address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documents within 14 days of request will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of Bonus Funds.

4 Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your y999 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify y999 support immediately via [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account, or any breach of your account security. y999 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

y999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion where it reasonably believes that:

• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms;
• The account is being used fraudulently or in connection with criminal activity;
• The Player has provided false or misleading information;
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to y999;
• The Player has opened duplicate accounts in violation of Clause 3.

Accounts that remain inactive (no login, no wagering, no deposit) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administration fee of Rs 200, deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the Player.

5 Deposits & Payments

y999 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed at y999's discretion without prior notice.

The following deposit conditions apply to all y999 accounts:

• Minimum single deposit: Rs 500
• Maximum single deposit: As displayed in the cashier section of your account, subject to KYC tier and payment method limits.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. y999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• y999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own verified name.
• y999 reserves the right to refuse any deposit and to return funds to their source without obligation to provide a reason, particularly where fraud, money laundering, or suspicious activity is suspected.
• No interest shall be payable by y999 on funds held in a Player's account balance at any time.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by y999 to the verified payment method registered on the Player's account. y999 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not previously used for deposits on the same account.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 1,000
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours. Once approved, funds are typically received within 1–3 business days depending on your payment provider.
• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Pending KYC submissions will result in withdrawal requests being held until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is only permitted once all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering conditions will result in the automatic cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• y999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above Rs 50,000, which may include requests for additional documentation and may extend processing times by up to 5 business days.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a withdrawal, the disputed amount will be held in a ring-fenced balance until resolution. y999 will communicate the dispute process to the affected Player via the registered email address.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

y999 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is presented. The following general bonus rules apply across all y999 promotions:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are separate from Real Money Funds unless and until applicable wagering requirements are met.
• Standard wagering requirements on y999 bonuses range from 20x to 45x the bonus amount, as specified per individual promotion. No wagering requirement exceeds 45x on this platform.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10%–15%, and sports bets contribute based on odds conditions specified per promotion.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified at the time of award. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the account balance without replacement.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household address, and per device. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses via duplicate accounts will result in all accounts involved being closed.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of low-risk betting strategies to extract bonus value with minimal risk — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account restrictions.

8 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on y999 — including slots, live dealer tables, cricket and sports betting, fishing arcade, golf betting, crash games, and RNG table games — are governed by individual game rules accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before wagering real money.

• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker or multiplayer formats;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — any winnings resulting from a known or suspected exploit will be forfeited;
• Using VPN, proxy services, or other means to mask your geographic location or circumvent y999's access controls;
• Making deposits with the intent to withdraw without genuine gaming activity (a practice associated with money laundering);
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or are not registered in your verified name;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or use of privileged information in sports betting markets;

10 Responsible Gaming

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, y999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the y999 platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from wagering activities, whether or not those activities were conducted in accordance with these Terms;
• Interruptions to service caused by technical faults, maintenance, cyberattacks, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain account security;

• Third-party payment processing delays, failures, or errors.

Where y999 is found liable for any loss or damage under these Terms, its total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your y999 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits y999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which y999 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through y999's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable gaming regulatory authority.

Players who believe their dispute has not been satisfactorily resolved through y999's internal procedure have the right to escalate their complaint to the relevant independent dispute resolution service operated under the authority of y999's gaming licence. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to preserve rights pending resolution of a dispute. Language of all proceedings shall be English.
